WONDER TV — SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE

These Supplemental Terms of Service ("WonderTV Terms") govern your access to and use of WonderTV, the video streaming feature offered on the Wonder Studios website (the "Service"). These WonderTV Terms are incorporated into and supplement the Wonder Studios Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these WonderTV Terms and the Terms of Use, these WonderTV Terms shall prevail with respect to the WonderTV Service.

The Service is operated by Rabbit Hole Labs Ltd. d/b/a Wonder Studios, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Wonder," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using WonderTV, you agree to be bound by these WonderTV Terms.

1. Description of the WonderTV Service

WonderTV is a curated video streaming platform that showcases content from independent creators and filmmakers. The Service allows users to:

• Browse and view curated video content through an on-demand streaming interface;

• Access creator profiles, including biographies, portfolios, and contact information;

• Send voluntary monetary tips directly to creators via the integrated payment feature ("Tips"); and

• Engage with the Wonder community of creators and viewers.

WonderTV is designed as a discovery and support platform. Content may be updated, added, or removed at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to send Tips. By using these features, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to WonderTV at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these WonderTV Terms or the Terms of Use.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All video content, creator profiles, and associated materials made available through WonderTV are either owned by Wonder, licensed to Wonder, or remain the property of the respective creator who has granted Wonder the right to display such content. Nothing in these WonderTV Terms transfers any ownership rights in content to you.

3.2 Permitted Use

WonderTV content is made available for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any video content from WonderTV without prior written consent;

• Screen any WonderTV content publicly or for commercial purposes;

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;

• Use any automated means to access, scrape, or extract content from WonderTV; or

• Frame or mirror any content from WonderTV on any other website or platform.

3.3 Creator Content

Creators whose work is featured on WonderTV retain all intellectual property rights in their content. Wonder Cookie Policydoes not claim ownership of creator content and displays such content pursuant to arrangements with the respective creators. 4. Tipping — Peer-to-Peer Payments

4.1 Nature of the Tipping Feature

WonderTV includes an optional feature that allows viewers to send voluntary monetary tips directly to creators ("Tips"). Tips are voluntary gratuities and do not entitle the sender to any content, goods, services, or benefits in exchange.

4.2 Payment Processing

Tip payments are processed through Stripe Connect, a third-party payment platform. When you send a Tip:

• The creator acts as the merchant of record;

• Funds are transferred directly to the creator's Stripe account and do not pass through Wonder’s accounts;

• Wonder is not a party to, and accepts no liability in connection with, any payment transaction between you and a creator.

By using the Tipping feature, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com. We encourage you to review those terms before submitting a payment.

4.3 No Refunds

All Tips are final and non-refundable. By confirming a Tip, you acknowledge that the transaction is voluntary and that you are not entitled to a refund. If you believe a payment was made in error or suspect fraudulent activity, please contact us at marketplace@wonderstudios.com and we will use reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds processed through Stripe.

4.4 Creator Eligibility for Tips

Not all creators may be available to receive Tips at any given time. The Tipping button will only be active where a creator has completed the necessary onboarding through Stripe Connect. Wonder makes no representations as to the availability or continued availability of the Tipping feature for any creator.

4.5 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to Tips you send. Wonder does not collect, withhold, or remit taxes on your behalf in connection with Tip transactions.

5. Creator Contact Feature

WonderTV includes a "Contact Creator" button on certain creator profiles. This feature opens a pre-populated email addressed to Wonder talent management (talent@wonderstudios.com), which will facilitate introductions to the relevant creator. Wonder will endeavour to pass on any legitimate professional enquiries but does not guarantee a response or the establishment of any professional relationship. Wonder reserves the right to decline to forward any enquiry at its sole discretion.

You must not use the Contact Creator feature to send unsolicited commercial messages, harassment, or any communication that violates applicable law or our Terms of Use.

6. Analytics and Cookies

WonderTV uses analytics tools to collect information about how users interact with the Service. This may include page views, video playback events, and other usage data. This information is used to improve the Service and measure engagement.

We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies in connection with WonderTV. Your use of WonderTV is subject to our Cookie Policy [link to Cookie Policy]. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before deploying non-essential cookies. You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie consent tool.

7. Third-Party Services and Technology

WonderTV is built on and integrates with a number of third-party services. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Wonder is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers. Links to or integrations with third-party services do not constitute an endorsement by Wonder.

8. Service Availability and Changes

WonderTV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue WonderTV (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice;

• Add, remove, or change content, creator profiles, or features at our discretion; and

• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service.

We will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes where reasonably practicable, but we are not obligated to do so.

9. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions set out in the Terms of Use, when using WonderTV you must not:

• Attempt to circumvent or disable any content protection or digital rights management technology;

• Use the Service to conduct any unlawful activity, including fraud or money laundering through the Tipping feature;

• Submit Tips or use the Contact Creator feature for any purpose other than their intended use;

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Contact Creator feature;

• Interfere with the operation of WonderTV or its underlying infrastructure; or

• Use the Service to collect personal data about creators or other users without authorisation.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Wonder provides WonderTV and all associated content on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;

• Wonder does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any content available on WonderTV, including content supplied by creators;

• Wonder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of WonderTV, including but not limited to losses arising from payment transactions, inability to access content, or reliance on creator information; and

• Wonder’s total aggregate liability to you in connection with WonderTV shall not exceed the total amount of Tips you have sent through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these WonderTV Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wonder, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of WonderTV, including any Tips you send; (b) your violation of these WonderTV Terms; or (c) any content or communications you submit through the Contact Creator feature.

12. Privacy

Your use of WonderTV is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy]. By using WonderTV, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. Wonder processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Modifications to These Terms

Wonder reserves the right to update these WonderTV Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of WonderTV after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using WonderTV.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These WonderTV Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these WonderTV Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
